I’ve recently joined a cult. I’m sure you’ve heard of it, it’s called CROSSFIT. Yup. I did it. And I LOVE it! I go 5 days a week and I go hard core! I’m seriously addicted to it. And if you know anything about me, you know I hate to work out.
So, since I’m working out so much and it’s such a big workout, I’m constantly hungry. I’m talking FAMISHED! And not just when I’m done working out…I’m starving for like 3-4 hours after!
