So, if you’re anything like me (which I know you are), then you are always looking for recipes that are time saving, easy, and well, keep you sane in the kitchen.
I’ve mentioned before that on weekends my family normally watches some type of sporting event on TV while snacking in a “buffet” style. Although we have our favorites, I like to change it up a bit to keep things interesting.
This Roasted Red Pepper Dip is SOOOO easy and quick to make, that it’s also perfect for times when my husband “drops a bomb” on me and lets me know that we are having company over 20 minutes before they are coming. It’s even perfect when we get that last minute invite to a friend’s house and I don’t know what to bring.
Ingredients
- 8 oz package Cream Cheese
- 7 oz jar of Roasted Red Peppers
- 1/2 tsp minced Garlic
- 1 cup chopped Colored Bell Peppers
- 2 tsp dried Basil
- Salt and Pepper to taste

Preparations
- Drain red peppers.
- Blend ingredients (except chopped peppers) in a food processor until smooth.
- Add in chopped peppers and pulse a few more seconds to combine.
- Serve with your favorite crackers, chips or snack items.
