With all this crazy heat in Miami, we are always looking for ANYTHING that will keep us cool. When I was a kid, Fudgesicles were the way to go! That ice cold creamy chocolate treat would make me so happy!!
The boys and I decided to make a version of our own. Enter Oreo Pudding Pops.
Our favorite part of an ice cream cake is the crunchy middle part. Since I don’t know how to make that, Oreos are the next best thing. Not to go into chocolate overload (like that’s really a thing), white chocolate pudding was the way to go with these yummy homemade Oreo Pudding Pops.
They are so simple to make. Break up 10 Oreos into small pieces. You can do this by putting them into a Ziploc bag and crunching them with a wooden mallet. You want nice chunks. Put the Oreos aside.
Add milk to the White Chocolate pudding and stir to mix. Add your Oreo pieces to the pudding.
Place 6 Oreos into a food processor and crush them.
Put pudding mixture into small paper Dixie cups and top with the crushed Oreos. Place a wooden taster stick in each cup and place them in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
Another idea would be to put crushed Oreos in the bottom of the cup before adding the pudding. You can never have too many crushed Oreo crumbles!
