Breakfast in our house has to be quick, easy and able to be eaten in the car most days. I’m always coming up with new ways to fuel the family on the go.
Here’s the thing…my kids are choco-holics! I honestly don’t know where they get that from…hahaha!
In the mornings, their go-to breakfast is muffins. They are easy, portable and filling. We eat all kinds of muffins, including our Homemade Banana Muffins. Of course, chocolate chip muffins are their all time favorite.
My boys aren’t picky…the muffins can be mini, standard, jumbo. We like to change it up every time we make them so they don’t get bored.
Recently, I wanted to upgrade our chocolate chip muffins to be a bit more fancy. I think these Bakery Style Chocolate Chip Muffins will be the perfect way to “escape” my day to day.
I can daydream that I’m in a bakery surrounded by people with my steaming cup of coffee and bakery style chocolate chip muffin instead of sitting next to piles of laundry.
The process is really easy to step up your muffin game. First you combine your dry ingredients and set aside.
Blend together your wet ingredients. Set aside.
Don’t forget to add your chocolate chips to your dry ingredients…
Slowly blend your wet and dry ingredients together.
ENJOY with your favorite beverage!
